We believe that the key to success is following the steps we provide, so we encourage you to implement the procedures we will share with you. At Jamaica Health Box, we have a holistic approach to health that involves not only herbs and food but also the environment. We talked about sound therapy, the noise environment, and rest, and we believe that by combining all these elements, you will be able to heal and become your best self. While we cannot guarantee any specific results, we are confident that by working together and putting in our best effort, we can expect the best long-term results. Please understand that our products are not quick fixes. You need to put in the work too, and we are here to support you every step of the way. We are a team, and together we will make you the best you. Here are some steps and procedures that we recommend you implement for the next month to make the most of this challenge:

Get as much rest as possible. Download an app that will alarm every hour, reminding you to drink 4 oz of water. Reduce your cooking and consume more salads with sardines, salmon, raisins, or anything else you like, along with a tip of cold-pressed coconut oil. Drink plenty of water. Use your blender in the morning to blend your juices and sea moss. Freeze these juices in big ice trays, so you have quick access to them on the go. Make your shakes with the Jamaica Builder Box, which contains spirulina, arrowroot, and maca. This shake will balance your energy levels and reduce your dependence on cooking or purchasing food. It's about changing how you eat while you're cleaning in the first month of this challenge. Get a noise-cancelling headset if we recommended it to you and use it to improve your sleep quality. Remember, your environment must be quiet, and you must take breaks. The most important food in the morning is oxygen, so take 50 deep breaths with your hands in the air every morning, lunch break, and before bed. Avoid eating before 11:00 or after 6:00 and try to reduce your intake of processed food. Fast food, to us, means lettuce, seaweed, sardines, salmon, and salads. On one day a week, preferably Wednesday, fast by only drinking your shakes. On the weekends, you can indulge, but during the weekdays, keep your stomach light. Increase your nutrition with sea moss, maca, and our multivitamin, which we can provide. Drink kombucha to keep your fermentation levels up.
